Hi, I'm Nick!
I started teaching Pilates and Stretch because I saw first-hand how much of a difference functional movement makes to daily life. Whether you're looking to build core strength, boost your confidence, or simply find a moment of calm in a busy week, my pilates classes are open to active adults and my Pilates and stretch sessions are designed specifically for you.

From core strengthening Pilates to restorative Stretch, I work with adults across West Cornwall offering Pilates classes for mixed abilities. While group Stretch classes are not currently scheduled, bespoke stretch and Pilates sessions for individuals, pairs or couples are available for those seeking a more personalised approach.
